I am a Family and Relationship Therapist and this workbook is great for clients to get them really thinking and applying the knowledge from the "Boundaries" book. Great resource for mental health!

The names used in this book could have been changed to my name! It was me, me, me all thru the book. I keep re reading it to make it sink in my head and stick! It was freeing to read it and realize I do have a problem and it can be fixed.

I was drawn into every word of this book.I finally understood a self-help book without trying.I couldn't put it down and that is a first for me. Boundaries is a book for people looking for all kinds of answers. I will read it again...just because I want to!

Wish I had this book years ago! Profound insight and biblical guidance on relationships. If you have a troubling relationship in your life (and who doesn't) this a must read. I highly recommend it.
