I absolutely loved this book!! I suffer from panic attacks and phobias and this book has truly given me some wonderful tips to manage my stress and anxiety more effectively. I am still working on practicing the meditation at this point, so I definitely haven't mastered it, but I plan to continue practicing and hopefully I can get rid of my anxiety and panic for good. I have tried many other books and I have been reading a variety of them for several years, so it is very refreshing to finally read one that I feel could actually make a difference in my life.

Mindfulness is happiness. If you are not appreciating the present moment, you are not fully alive. This great book helped me understand what it really means to be mindful. It shows us how to be more mindful in our everyday lives by approaching life in a totally new way. I highly recommend this excellent book! If you like these positive life-changing books, you might also like 'The Ever-Transcending Spirit' by Toru Sato. This is another fantastic book that has changed my life! It looks at things from more of a relationship perspective but it is completely outstanding! This very special book puts your life into perspective and I guarantee that it will also improve all of your relationships dramatically! Have fun!
