This exercise DVD is great for those who already know how to dance to music like salsa, merenge, and hip hop. The exercise goes straight into dancing without explanation of the dance moves, routine, or introduction of any sort in reference to the exercises you will be doing. I do not recommend it to anyone with two left me, such as someone like me. You will be spending too much time trying to mimic the moves or stand there in disbelief watching them dance. How do I move like that???

I have been doing this dance exercise for a week now & I find it invigorating, it is acutally fun to do. It's an excellent cardio work up, but not intense enough. Just when my heart rate has reached my target of 150, the routine slows down. I am not sore, which to me is a sign that I may not be working out hard enough with this video.

This DVD is great for a cardio workout. Stretching at the end completes the workout.

This is an amazing workout! 4 different dance workouts for whatever style you are! I'm 15 and i like the hip hop and structural workout. Very fast and invigorating. Not for beginners. If you like dance and fast moving this is for you! Denise really helps with keeping the routine together and inspiring words! =]
