ER changed this season. Mark fought his battle so well, but he finally lost. Everyone was devastated, Carter taking Mark's stethoscope while cleaning out Mark's locker. Mark was great, but it's Carter's turn to show the ER his great compassion.

Season #8 was a truly outstanding one. It really brought charactor definition to the forefront. There were still wonderful medical scenes that we have all grown to love, but the charactors were brought to life. The final show with Dr. Greene has to be my all time favorite, with the last show with him as a doctor coming a close second. I would highly recommend this DVD whether you are a devote of ER, or just joining in.
