This is the film that changed the face of movie ratings. When it was given a PG rating in 1984, many parents complained that the hellish images frightened their children badly. The PG-13 rating was created in response to the outcry. "Temple of Doom" is a ride and a half. From the Club Obi Wan melee to the famous mine car chase scene, it seems our heroes never get a chance to breathe. And if you're a bug-o-phobe, remember that no CGI was used for what Short Round first thought was fortune cookies. It just fully shivers me out. Nevertheless, Indiana Jones' side trip to hell is another triumph for Steven Spielberg, John Williams, and Harrison Ford. "Temple of Doom" is a classic, and well worth a thousandth look.

Ok i'll start off with saying it is my least favorite of the Indy movies, but it is still a good one! it doesnt have all the historical stuff that are in the other two movies but it is still full of that mysticism and action we have come to love in the Indiana series. no one else could ever play Indiana Jones like harrison ford!
