Using high contrast animation this film is a modern blend of film noir and anime. The story is a classic crime drama. The lead could have been played by Bogart himself. There is also a bit of a sci-fi influence that adds to the suspence.

Though there are billions of computer generated films, this one sets itself apart by its setting, its willful lack of color scheme, and it story. It reminds one of Blade Runner, which is always the way, but it still has its own set of orignal characters and ideas.

This movie looked like it was shot live action and printed on litho film. You could discern male from female, but not much more. Impossible to keep track of characters. It was compared to blade runner. I don't see it.
