I use this book daily and always feel better after doing the exercises. I misplaced my first copy and I immediately bought a replacement copy. It is one of my most used books.

This is a most informative book. There are three better books on the market regarding the Five Tibetans but this is a good place to start. Trust ALL of the information in the book because these exercises do everything that the publication says it will.

The book is short and so are the exercises. Whether or not they will work, I have yet to determine. Nevertheless, it serves as a good introduction to yoga, meditation and working with your chakras as well as handling sexual energy.
