Good grief but was this ever fun. I loved the way that these two fit together. I didn't see it as one sided because they each filled a part of and accept the other. I get Ian's idiosyncrasies. They feel a bit Asperger's with his genius IQ and hyper focus. Amy Lane's writing is always a hit for me. Bravo! Adult read

4-1/2 Stars Another great addition to both my holiday library and my Amy Lane library. Maybe the cliche of what's right in front of us is the hardest to see is a typical holiday theme but Miss Lane makes it so much more enjoyable than the old cliche. Joel and Ian, apart are good but together they could be great, will they open up and realize it? Sometimes family may be difficult things but sometimes they can make us see the truth.
