Excellent book. Instead of teaching you to not eat certain foods, it teaches you to eat all foods but in moderation. Once these lifestyle changes are incorporated into your everyday living, you will notice a difference in the way you look and feel.

This book is wonderful, regardless of your food issues. Whether you're overweight or underweight, comfort eater, or bulemic, this book is about treating yourself well and learning to appreciate food. I can't recommend this book enough, and ask my friends, I can't stop talking about it. I've even purchased copies for friends and family that I think will appreciate it themselves.

A book that FINALLY gives some insight into what our minds are doing to our bodies. I am a 74 year old woman who was an obese teenager, but managed to lose that weight, However, through all the rest of my life I struggled with off-again-on-again dieting. At last I can relax.

i read the book in small parts, about a chapter a day. it's starting to make sense. i would recomend it to anyone who is serious about forgetting the 'old diet cycle'.

This book is essential to those who have problems with dieting and those who want to simply improve their eating style. I would (and have) recommend this book to as many people as I can. Everything they talk about in the book is real and very to the point. They are very honest and very articulate. This book is very encouraging to me, and empowers me to find the peace I need with food.
