I love this story. Even my third grade students enjoyed it. For those students who love to procrastinate about homework, this really hit home with them. They were into the story and thought, "wow, that's me". I would recommend this story for any Elementary age. The discussions were great about how to "prioritize" homework with play. To the students, realizing the more important issues sometimes don't always materialize easily. Stories like this help them.
