This book is AMAZING!!! I appreciate how well Martha put together the contents and ideas of her Joy Diet! I have been doing these things here and there in my life, but after reading this book I have been given the support that I needed to be free and be me! :D My husband said that he likes this book because of the happiness and joy that it has help put back in my life! I recommend this book to anyone I can that is trying to live the best life they can! :)  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this book! It was such a soul enriching read :)
