Might be a good physical book. But, falls short as an eBook. Publisher failed the public by not breaking the book into chapters or identifing the plates as chapters. That way the table of contents would have been better and the book worth the investment. They should have also linked the index items to the page it represents. There really isn't a viable reason to have the index if you can't use it to link within the ebook.
