Since following Dr. Life's program for 9 weeks, I've lost 19 pounds, and his comments at each stage were right on target as to how I would feel and the results I should achieve. This is not a "Diet Book", it is a Life Style Plan that has been easy for me to follow. I'm 67 and this is the best I've felt and looked in the last 8 years.
