This little book offers the mature person a new view on life and it's real meaning. It is a guide to what works to regain a sane outlook on life that is not dependent upon material attachments.

William's approach to the TAO gives a context to my everyday life. I read one chapter in the morning and it fits my day perfectly. In this modern day world of stress and pressure, it is good to have a reminder that slowing down is an attribute not a fault. Taking the time to recognize compassion for self and others is a valuable gift to oneself and others. Thank you William for taking the time to write in words the life that I want to live everyday.
