I bought three books relating to fellatio and oral sex. Of the three, this was by far the best book on the subject. The format is great - flip it over for Fellatio - flip it over for Cunnilingus. It is a great package for couples willing to explore this level in their relationship. Cunnilingus has everything men need to know to perform great oral sex on their partners and also teaches women how to maximize their enjoyment. Fellatio shows women how to perform loving oral sex for their male partners - and also teaches the guy how to respond to improve his partner's performance! Great book!

The flipover concept makes this book. One side is dedicated solely to fellatio; the other to cunnilingus. There is a great glossary in the middle that can be accessed regardless of which side you are reading. The first significant thing I noticed, besides the comprehensive table of contents, was the list of illustrations and diagrams. There were 31 in all, which is an amazing number. Fellatio begins with the suggestion that it's fun, and then continues with its history. Next comes a detailed diagram of the male reproductive system, then a discussion about how fellatio affects all the senses-sight, sound, smell and taste. The writers emphasize a positive attitude toward oral sex, and how to engage various parts of the body (such as hands and tongue) to enhance fellatio. How to overcome gagging is a bonus discussion, and is appropriate for the coming sections on "auto-fellatio" and "deep-throating." The book illustrates the versatility of fellatio by presenting an entire chapter on different positions, including illustrations. "Devices and Toys" comes after a discussion on rimming and prostate stimulation. There is a chapter on safe sex, including illustrations on how to put on condoms, both manually and orally. The Fellatio portion ends with a question and answer section, and a discussion on the emotional needs of men. This section was especially welcome, since it is seldom taken into consideration. Flip the book over, and the other side is devoted to Cunnilingus. It is arranged more or less like Fellatio. It emphasizes that this is a function that has no relevance to the size of a man's penis, which is a relief to some of us. Next come descriptions and diagrams of the external female genitalia and the vulva. The book says the performance of oral sex is an art form, then goes on to give detailed instructions on the proper way to go down on a woman. There's even a list of the worst mistakes you can make. Variations on the basics are shown by pictures and descriptions, like "Face Sitting" and "69," including positions for the disabled or injured. The advanced techniques include "squirting" and "anilingus." Like Fellatio, fantasies, sex toys and bondage are discussed as advanced techniques. There are even sections on medical problems that might affect sexuality. Safe sex practices, a question and answer session, and a chapter on the emotional needs of women complete the book. This is a very comprehensive and detailed book about oral sex. You could buy a book on cunnilingus and a book on fellatio, but why bother when you can get all that information in one book? One negative I found was that I could have used a few more specific examples of techniques, both beginner and advanced. Otherwise, the book pretty much covered it all.
