Neruda has an interesting way of writing, where it's not too poetic (where it's all covered in metaphors, similies and nonsense). Neruda is a great poet and after reading this, I can understand why. He's been able to expand his writing ranging from odes to common things, erotic love poems, historical writings and political messages. I would recommend all of his works.
