The book met the needs of my students but the process to purchase and deliver the books was a nightmare. I am a teacher and I need to buy books using the schools tax free ID number. I followed the companies criteria and faxed the Tax I.D. information 3 times and still had to pay the tax. The tax will have to come out of my paycheck because the school refuses to pay tax. I will never buy from Barnes and Noble again after this experience.
