Wouldn't it be nice to know exactly what to look for when scouting the woods? Think of the luxury of having the knowledge of knowing where you need to be to get yourself in the right position for the perfect shot.

Think how great it would be to go into the woods with confidence and not spend endless hours sitting and wasting your time. How awesome would it be to go

I purchased this book for my husband and brothers who are avid deer hunters. I dont hunt but I come from tradional generations of sportsmen. Zeb's wisdom attracted some surf reading and I ended up reading the entire book. This is a great tool for all the hunters who want to take a female companion on a hunt. It will enlighten the nonhunter in the skills of a successful hunt. I give this book a 5 Star and I'm going to give my husband a quiz on what I've learned from Zeb! Ladies this book is informative and easy to read. Thanks Zeb!

Dennis Lively has done a great job telling the story about "Zeb". Which sets the stage for his deer hunters guide 101. He stresses hunter safety which is absolutly #1 and can go by the wayside in many "Hunting" orientated books. I appreciate the way he maintains that reading a book will not teach you how to hunt deer but teach you to learn how to hunt deer. He does very well at explaining that any joe can kill deer but it takes work and observation to kill BIG deer .
