When I read the description for this book, I was a little hesitant because it said the story was told through fragments of police reports, interrogations, reports of wiretaps, and statements. As I began to read it, however, I was drawn into the story and I came to appreciate the author's clever idea of structuring the story in this manner. The action moves forward, the characters develop and you can imagine the scenes as the story unfolds. It kept my attention and was interesting. I recommend this book without reservation.
