Thornton Wilder is a wonderful writer. I especially loved the Woman of Andros, which is a story about how one woman who thought differently from everyone else changed what people did even after she died. The first story was a bit slower read, but it was still very good and interesting. Had anyone else written these stories, they probably would have been incredibly boring. I enjoyed it, and the story raised some points on life that were fascinating.
