What great timing for all of us in this bad economy. The De-Stress Diva's Guide to Life is a fun, smart, practical book with dozens (77 to be exact) tips to rise above the high-stress situations in anyone's life -- especially now. A great Christmas present for stressed-out-friends.

This book has tips for what to do if you lose a job, have to sell your house, can't afford a maid, have to move, can't afford a fancy holiday, can't get along with certain (we know who they are) relatives, have a terrible boss, have too much work piled up on your desk, can't get to sleep at night from tossing and turning, can't make time to eat right or exercise, or just are in need of a good laugh.

Unlike other how-to books on rising above stressful situations, this one is very well organized by topic, and contains 1-2-3 steps, that will allow you to revisit chapters as you face new stressful situations ahead.
