This book teaches simple and joyous ways to confront those demons that plague all of us at one time or another and how to believe again in good to bring about pure peace joy and love!! A must read if u r struggling along in daily life which we all do even if we dont see it, with that emptiness and not sure how or what to do to find good real peace love and joy. His CD series on detachment with love also a must hear. Fr emmerich is an excellent speaker if u ever blessed to hear his 4day mission. Definitely life changing for the better
