This story had a lot of promise, Thomas the stuffy, straight laced Duke falls in love with Caro the wild child. Lots of fun should have followed, unfortunately it did not. Caro was selfish, immature, only thought and did what was fun for her, never really thinking of the consequences. She was needed to mature/grow up. Thomas did make strides and loosed up. By the time Caro grew up and acted like mature lady the story was ending and I was not sure she had really changed. I have read worse and have read better.
