I bought this book for myself because it seemed "doable"...no stockpiling, and not spending tons of time. I am so glad I did, little at a time I have been following the books suggestions and we are saving a lot of money. Grocery shopping is one of my least favorite things to do but this has brought some excitement in to it. I am a busy working mom, could never spend the time like the ladies on tv, so this has been grat for us!

In the sample a section of the first chapter just kept repeating itself...I won't buy this if the rest of the book is like this.
