-Excerpt-
Her skin still felt flushed, tingling, and after a few moments she realized she couldn't move, couldn't lift a single finger. She could open and close her eyes, turn her head slightly, and that seemed to be it. She wanted to move, to try and sit up, but she couldn't seem to manage any of that. She curled her fingers against something, what felt like thick cloth. She felt paralyzed. Mia could smell dried grass or hay, something along those lines, and it was not unpleasant.

Mia thought, perhaps, that she was in a cave or something like it, someplace cool and dark, and she was at least comfortable. There was a smell of clean stone and moisture, too, such a far cry from the stifling heat outside or even the cramped stuffiness of the wagon. She lacked any sort of pain, not even her shoulder where she lay against it. She could only assume someone had treated her, removing the thick quills from her flesh, or she would have been unable to lie back against it. She relaxed, closing her eyes once more, drifting on her comfortable numbness.

She dozed, unsure of how long, before a new sensation began to reveal itself. Mia couldn't even squirm as heat began to wriggle through her core, a distracting feeling of arousal, like coming up from a very pleasurable dream that was quickly fading, leaving no memory behind. Just the feeling of longing, of wanting more. It was like a drug, utterly without reason and incapable of being reasoned with, and it was rapidly becoming so powerful that it stole her breath.
