I found the book to be very informative froma health standpoint. It gives insight as to how people's bodies react to animal fats versus vegetable fats which made a great deal of sense if one thinks it though. I did not look at the bood as a diet plan but as a way to help your body function more efficiently.

Best Mediterranean Diet Book of All. I read every word of this very fascinating, very persuasive book about how healthy the Mediterranean diet is. And we cook these recipes ALL the time. This is not a fancy, illustrated cookbook, but it has tons of great recipes and advice.

I love this book! The recipes are delicious and I have lost 25 lbs so far. My bloodwork numbers are now within healthy range.

This is a superb book. It is clear, full of information and feels very reliable and healthy. We have made 10 of the recipes already, and they are easy and delicious. But do know that  this is not a big illustrated cookbook. It's a regular book of text with about a hundred very good, very simple recipes.

Great, no-nonsense book on the Mediterranean diet. It's not a big traditional cookbook with photos, but there are dozens of recipes that we use all the time.

This is the best book on the Mediterranean diet that I've seen. It is not an oversized cookbook full of photos but it does have a lot of recipes that we use. It is not sensational but it is very persuasive. Healthiest and most delicious diet by far!
