I love the info in the book and her approach of easing into making the changes makes this do-able for me. I'm one week into the plan and for the first time my sugar addiction seems to have gone away. About the format: IT IS NOT FULLY CONVERTED TO BEING AN E-BOOK in that some fractions in recipe amounts are shown as '?'' (editors- the quantity does matter in a recipe) and some of the text is in double-boxed outlines and the first page shows up and the rest of the text in the box is unavailable. Although interestingly by advancing the page with the touch screen it skips over more than if advancing by one of the side buttons (even after re-starting the nook). One outlined box with text is completely missing, there's just the title of it. As a result I will try to return the e-book and buy the paper copy because I want to read the whole book and use the recipes. I hope the press that makes the e-book will read this and fix it because I do want it on my nook reader. (I don't really want to carry a diet book around and like the privacy of having it on the nook reader).

This is one of the best nutrition books I have ever read. It goes in depth about food and how food is made and processed and in turn, how that processed food works with our bodies. Its amazing! The book gives you the science behind our food that we eat ever day. I found it in lightning. I was always told that sugar is bad for you, but no one  ever said exactly why it was, and I always thought it was because it made you fat. Nooo. Soo wrong. I had no idea that your body will pull nutrients form you teeth, bones, and muscles in order to brake down sugar! Needless to say I haven’t had any sugar cravings or soda craving scents reading this book. It also gives links to other people who are doing research on food and how it effects our body.me of what the researchers are saying is incredible. It also gives giaued lines for starting to eat healthier.

Great book , very helpful. Only one important thing I would add: It's from my dentist: If you plan to drink the raw apple cider vinegar elixir.. please follow it with a mouth rinse of baking soda (to neutralize the affect it has on your teeth!). This prevents staining and chipping of your front lower teeth.
