The second book in the Highland Sorcery novels.

An empath from 13th Century Scotland is caught in a sleeping enchantment for almost a thousand years. The venom of a vampire is the only thing that can wake her, but it turns out there are worse evils than vampires when she awakens in 1941 Scotland with a supernatural Nazi on her tail.

I didn't realize this was 2nd in a series and I had already read and loved the first one "Highland Sorcerer". I don't know what it is about this author's work that makes me want more, more, more. I feel frustrated when I finish because I want to know what happens next. I fall in love with her characters because she really brings them to life. A good mix of fantasy and paranormal. And a clean romance for any age. Thank you Clover!

This is such a sweet story you will end up with a cavity. This book can easily be left out for any and all who visit to pick up and read. Those "other" vampire stories stay hidden from the young ones.

i liked the first book in this series and thought the second book would answer some questions left from the first book. No, completely different angle. didn't answer anything, open for the next book i suppose.

I have really enjoyed the first two books.  I think it's a unique story line and i'm excited to read the next two books  that are currently out.  Can't wait to see how it's all going to end.
