If Gwen is your favorite character, you will LOVE this book! It is a very good Torchwood story and a lot of it is from Gwen's point of view. Jack is great in this story too. Ianto came across as squeamish, young, nervous, and a little helpful. There was nice reflection from all three characters over the loss of Tosh and Owen. The new character DI Cutler was interesting, and his involvement and using him to show the effects of Torchwood and alien activity on others really added to the story.
