I decided to stop the excuses but really did not know my excuses until I started to read the book. I discovered my reasons for being overweight were my doing and no one else. It is a tool that I will refer to during my journey to good health. I now know that it is not about motivation (my one question to all those that were successful) but true self commitment. And I WILL BE COMMITTED TO MYSELF TO BE SUCCESSFUL!!!!
