I saw this book on one of the discount tables and it looked very interesting. I have a relative dealing with a lot of aging issues so I thought I would get this to help avoid some of the same problems myself. The author does an excellent job of explaining how different functions of the body work without being overly scientific. I probably read one-third of the book the first night I had it. If you are a person wanting to avoid age related problems, this book is an excellent resource and very motivating.
