Most of the stories were bad. Not only in concept but in execution as well. One horrible story was basically a sadistic porn, and the writer really seemed to enjoy sexually torturing the character. Just plain worthless. Also there are so many typos that it's ridiculous. And these were the best stories that the editor considered worth sharing???

I have not read a zombie book in awhile and this collection of short stories was just the thing to peak my interest in reading more. Each story had its own tale with the author of each having their own unique style. I found some stories quicker to read, they really grabbed you, while some took time to build. But in the end, the entire collection was done well. It is not an easy thing to bring so many authors together for a anthology like this because of the many different styles of writing. This one pulled it off.
