This book as good tips to losing weight

Making a healthy lifestyle change is tough. 1 in 3 Americans will have diabetes type 2 by the yeay 2050 if we continue on our current course. The tips for dieting in this book are good ones to have on hand when you are feeling discouraged by having to lose weight / or during the actual dieting process. The writing is clear, concise, and lacking in spelling or grammar mistakes. The last 7 pages are an advertisement for the author's hypnosis-at-home program via audio c.d.s with a discount to entise you to try them out. For that reason, I gave this e-book four stars rather than 5 for the writing style and content. Mentioning that there is some paid material on the website-- or even a small ad indicating this-- is far more palatable than the heavy-handed promotion demonstrated here. This e-book was free and should remain that way given the last 7 pages. Yes it is possible to lose significant amounts of weight and to keep it off without resorting to hypnosis or a 12 step program. I did.
