Definitely not up to usual Parker standard. Way too many words of description with little or no action. Entire story too far fetched for my taste. Even though it was only over a couple of days, seemed like I was reading for months. Will miss Spencer, Virgil and Cole, but not books like this one.

You chase the leaf all the way to the edge of camp. You look at the bold forest. You wish you could enter. Then something just hits you: fear. Do you dare get closer? It would be better to go back to the Nursery. Then you hear a wail coming from the forest. What could it be? It could be a wounded warrior. You smile at the thought of saving him. You:
&starf If you choose to find out what that gosthly wail was, go to next res.
If you choose to go back to the Nursery, go to kitting res one.
