About the Author

Fordyce grew up in Central California, and by 1981 he was the only punk in his high school. At the tender age of 19, he packed up his '68 Bug and moved to Huntington Beach, California in 1983, in search of a punk rock nirvana. He found everything he hoped for and more.
As the singer of Ash Tradition, a popular HB house-party band, Fordyce found himself at the center of OC punk.
Fordyce credits punk with changing his life for the better, and instilling an attitude of liberal populism and anti-consumerism that defines his philosophy to this day. He hopes you enjoyed this book, but he maintains that he didn't do any of the things in this novel that could be construed as illegal.
