John R. McCormick is a writer in West Tennessee. Born and raised in South Boston, MA he was greatly influenced by three specific writers: Raymond Chandler, Dylan Thomas, and Evelyn Waugh. This is his first venture as a Western Novelist, as his past ebooks encompassed urban fantasy with "Hot Jazz & Cold Bodies in NOLA," and a detective/crime fiction "When We Were Savage," which is set in South Boston in the 1970's. He has resided in a variety of cities, but is currently in Martin, TN with his wife and son.
