Private Eye, Carl Danby tries to stay out of the limelight. Ever since the detective injured his knee on the job, the big boss himself has hinted at Danby’s retirement.

Then the Agency is hired by successful Chicago businessman, Benjamin Porter, who has recently been involved in a series of life-threatening accidents. Convinced he’s being targeted for death, Porter points the finger at someone close to him as the culprit.
