The Self-Esteem Workbook

Discover Your Real Self-Worth and Cultivate Lasting Self-Esteem

If you are frequently self-critical, questioning yourself, or comparing yourself to people around you, it's time to take a step back and reevaluate how you treat you. This workbook can help you eliminate negative thinking, appreciate your unique strengths, and be kinder to yourself.

This fully revised and updated second edition of The Self-Esteem Workbook will help you truly see and appreciate who you are, and discover how comparison-based self-criticism is not a true measure of your value. You'll also find new chapters on cultivating compassion, forgiveness, and unconditional love for yourself and others, as well as cutting-edge information on neuroplasticity and how sleep, exercise, and nutrition affect how you feel about yourself.

"The Self-Esteem Workbook is both excellent and practical because it is built on a sound scientifi c base, offers clear recommendations, and comes from and speaks to the heart."

-STEVEN E. HOBFOLL, PhD, professor and director of the Applied Psychology Center at Kent State University

"Chock-full of effective and practical strategies for raising self-esteem ... helpful for anyone who wishes to end negative thinking and learn to see their true value."

-MATTHEW MCKAY, PhD, coauthor of Self-Esteem
