About the Author

Angela Sehgal is on the faculty of the Department of Nutrition, Food, and Exercise Sciences at Florida State University. She has been a certified and licensed athletic trainer since 1988.

Kim Ortloff has a degree in exercise physiology from Florida State Universityand is a licensed massage therapist. She has worked as a teams therapist at both the collegiate and Olympic levels.
