I clearly understand why this book is sold out everywhere. I did the modified version of the cleanse and I feel so much better and the extra benefit is that I lost 9.5 pounds in the 10 days. I will continue to make my green smoothies a part of my daily life. The recepies are very good and refreshing. Thanks to JJ Smith this book or shall I say guide to health is wonderful!

I did not really lose as much weight as suggested in the book, but after following the cleanse for ten days I truly felt good. There are many smoothie recipes, which I am using even now when I am not on the cleanse. This is a useful, small book, which will help you feel healthy and energized.

First off let's get this out of the way! YES YES YES IT WORKS, but only if you work it and stick to it! I have this on my nook, my phone and I gave my book away. I love the ease of it on my nook because I can highlight and flag reference points. If you are attempting this without the book, let me tell you that is PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH PERIOD! Get the book, best money you will ever spend, your BENEFITS WILL EXCEED WEIGHT LOSS EXPECTATIONS and take you to a whole new world. I love Green Smoothies and will be forever "about this Life" :). As a mother of two, a wife and a working woman, I am still celebrating losing a whopping 12 pounds over the course of the last couple of months. I have become selective about what I eat and how. This book became just what I needed to maintain my weight loss. It truly has given me that extra boost that I needed to get through my day. Buy the book, follow the rules, join the facebook page and feel great after 10 days. I did and plan on following the modified plan until I reach my goal. Just do it, you won't be sorry.

I was able to stay on this cleanse for the full 10 days without feeling starved. It has really worked for me and now I am more mindful of what I eat and can go back to the book and do a maintenance day when I need to get back on track. Best money I have ever spent on a diet book. This book is phenomenal! I am on Day 4 and I already lost 6lbs without having to worry about exercising right now. The recipes are delicious and I refuse to add the sugar JJ Smith recommends. I encourage my friends to read it also and already gifted my book to a friend.

Book is easy to follow. Most of the recipes are delicious (only a couple I didn't absolutely love) & super easy to put together. Every night I would get my ingredients ready for the next day. All I had to do was get up the next morning & blend it. I lost 10 pounds in 10 days & I feel so much healthier. I plan to keep up with these smoothies.

I followed the full cleanse and lost 12 pounds. To slowly reintroduce foods back I followed the modified cleanse and felt great! I was never hungry during the cleanse and plan to start round 2 of the full cleanse after the holidays.

This wonderful life plan is easy to follow and very straightforward. Simple and delicious recipes made with easily accessible ingredients. Following the full cleanse, I shed 9 pounds in 10 ten days! For one thing, juice cleanses and damaging your metabolism is terrible long term. Of course you will lose weight short-term... You are drastically cutting your calories. Not only is it extremely unhealthy to lose 15 pounds in 10 days, but you will gain it right back and then some because your metabolism will need to repair itself. Instead of "cleansing," have a large juice in the morning and continue eating healthy throughout the day.
