    more from this reviewer

Highly Recommended for an adult, who just got diagnosed with Adult Add.

I really enjoyed this book. It is a quick read and easy to understand. Even though a person may not have Adult Add, anyone can pick up some good ideas to make their life easier.

    Does not quite get it

If it were only as simple as the ideas in this book then I would not have add. But I do and the solutions in this book are in effect, saying jusr do what has to be done then you will be managing your add. Not helpful.
