    Witty words of Wisdom

    The 10 women you'll be before you're 35 by Alison James Everyone, from your mother to your boyfriend is always telling you who you are and who you should be. But who are you and who do you really want to be? The book describes different phases that many woman go through throughout their lives including: New Graduate, Worker Bee. Body-Conscious Babe, Ms. Independence just to name a few. There were many interesting analogies like comparing boys to beer. A part I enjoyed were the translations that compared the real world to your own world. Along with the hard truth about diets and work. There are also a lot of tips on life as well, covering many questions as well as giving practical advice, although it is a really short read therefore this may not be the book you want to pick up if you're looking for something longer. I would say that if you want to reflect on life this would be a good book to pick up otherwise don't because this will seem like you wasted time and money. Some major messages in this book would probably be you're going to have some rough times but make the best out of them and you will eventually get over that bump. Highly recommended to women going out into the world or to collage. Another book of hers I would recommend would be "I used to Miss Him...But My Aim Is Improving". Overall it was a quirky read. The book was entertaining and educational and yet practical. I would defiantly pick this book up again or give it to a friend

    Great read!

    I have read The 10 Women You'll Be before you're 35 and laughed out loud! This book is even better than her first, and I loved that book. Alson has a way of making you see yourself in her books with a style that makes you laugh and realize that we can't take things too seriously - as soon as you get used to things - they change and so do you! She has a great style of writing - touches on topics that every woman reading this book can relate to.

    Fantastic and fun!

    From the moment I began reading this book, I couldn't put it down. The author's writing is easy to follow and fun to read... self-help with a sense of humor. James really seems to know what we're all going through, no matter what crazy stage of your life you were at. I've already recommended this book to my little sister and several of my girlfriends. You'll remember where you've been and look forward to where you're going...and know you are NOT alone out there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs that little boost to keep going and feel normal, or anyone looking to read a cute, fun book.

    Laugh so hard your eyes tear up...

    This is a very funny book, it is so right on for any women in any stage of her life. I myself am a 'WIRL' read and you will know, I kept my boyfriend up til 3am 2-3 times a week, then I let him read parts of this book , now I go to sleep ontime Thanks Alison James...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You too will find you are or will be or already was at one stage in this book !!! Trust Me 28yr old from Austin Tx
