This book is great for more than just getting a bunch of exercises you can do. It really helps with some basic yet extremely useful nutritional guide lines most people never use. Awesome It also helped me find the best workout method for my goals. I recommend everyone grabbing this book a.s.a.p if you want to get on the right track.

Just picked this up and really impressed with its simple and effective approach to fitness. Being a former gym rat, there are a ton of exercises to work with which will definitely help out with changing things up my routine. I actually realized my form has been off on a few of my 'go-to' exercises! 8/
