This book is an excellent collection of short (one to two page) guitar studies. I particularly like that most of them have a good level of musicality, i.e. they're playable as music in their own right rather than just being "studies" designed to illustrate a specific point or technique. In this, they're similar to the "exercises" that Carl Czerny wrote for the piano in the early nineteenth century that are still used today.
My only issue with the book is that the individual pieces don't seem to be arranged in a logical progression in terms of their difficulty level so, depending on your level of experience, you may need to jump around and try pieces out to find ones that are at your current level.

I've been playing classical guitar for over a year, and I can only play 7 or 8 out of the 100 pieces in this book.
