    Great book to have before you conceive! Gets healthy eating on track right from the start so your baby has the best chance. I used this during my entire pregnancy. I'm hungry, what should I eat came in my mind many times. I would reference this book when doing my menu planning to make sure I was getting the recommend foods during each trimester. A must have for any pregnant woman who wants the best for her baby.
