Baby Boomers: Safe Natural Solutions Without Drugs

Fabulous information about cutting edge nutritional support, yet from centuries old sources straight from the earth! Everyone needs to read this book to learn how to provide yourself with natural whole food nutrition that none of us gets from our 'foods'. Most American food isn't even real food -- on what trees do 'cheetos' grow?! And why are many labels stating 'enriched' or 'added vitamins' -- because the manufacturers refined and processed the essential nutrients out of the food... so they had to add something back... foolish, deadly and ages us rapidly! Let's learn from and follow Shaffer Fox's research. His website and products are the purist manifestations of that research -- great book and great products! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor -- read this book -- learn how to live longer healthier!

Finally We Get the Truth about the Georgians

All my life I read about the Hunzas, and other long lived groups. I could not understand why the Georgian's lifestyle was so sketchy. Now, because of Shaffer Fox's book about the plant medicines of the Republic of Georgia, I see why they lived so long. Thanks to the Russians for being so deliberate in their research on these plants, and thanks to Mr. Shaffer Fox for taking the time to get the rest of us the information. The information in this book has changed my health forever. D E Snodgrass, Houston, TX

    Couldn't put it down!

This book is not your average health sciences book. It's thoroughly referenced and it's so chock full of interesting facts that I couldn't put it down. The decriptions of what happens to us as we age, and aging-related diseases, scared the heck out of me, but the author also provides solutions. From the history of the republic of Georgia to their use of medicinal plants, it all kept me riveted. I liked this book so much that I'll be reading it again.

Has over 880 clinical study references!!

I could not believe how much detailed information was in this book! And it was easy to understand - and I'm not in the medical field. Shaffer Fox gives a compelling overview of why traditional Georgians (republic in the former USSR) lived to be over 100 and healthy. He details all the benefits of the four plants that contributed to this phenomenon and WHY. All of his research is backed up by footnotes for clinical studies which prove the potency of these plant medicines. I'm so glad I found this book. A GREAT READ!
