Meet the Author

Nishat Fatima is a freelance writer and photographer based in India. She writes on a variety of topics—from design to travel. Her last job with a travel magazine introduced her to Africa, the Great Rift Valley and Mount Kenya.

Pradipta Sarkar is a freelance writer and translator based in Kolkata, India. She has done translation work for the BBC and the Patrizio Paoletti Foundation, Rome, besides editing an anthology of short stories to be published soon. She is also an actor, with several theater productions to her credit, and enjoys books, music and travel.

A compulsive adventurer and traveler, Sankar Sridhar writes for leading national dailies and magazines in India. In addition, his travel pictures have been exhibited, published, and won honors in national and international salons and contests. Sridhar currently works for a media organization in Delhi.
