    Very Imformative!

    These are basic weight loss and health tips that anyone can use. Very easy to understand, very easy to read through. It's a good thing to keep around if one needs some advice on anything about weight loss. Do not be turned off by the cheesy cover of this book. There is one advice in the book that had me laughing was the recommendation that one should chew their food 8 to 12 times, even ice cream! Tell me, does anyone ever actually chew ice cream?

    Ok

    Some good tips, hower it compares drinking a coffee with cream and two sugars tobeing equal to a piece of chocalate cake which is so not accurate.

    Dont sample this

    When i bought the sample of this book, I didnt get any info. Just a bunch of dotted lines. This sample only has 9 pages to it no useful information. At All.trying to tap on the chapters didnt work either. SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
