This was one of my first cook books I purchased after getting married. I think for the first year I was married I made something from this book a couple times a week. The recipes come out great every time. It's very informative. This is the perfect book to use if you love Mexican dishes, especially if you live in the south-west. The ingredients are very easy to find.

I bought this book shortly after we moved back from Mexico City. I have used it a number of times. It brings back the memory of the 2 years we spent in Mexico. It is easy and very very Good.
