    Useful Guide, No Surprises

This is a helpful guide and, if it is your first "decluttering' book, it's a good start.
I was most interested in the last part of the title "...on a Small Budget."
I never really "got" the small budget part, as I feel it doesn't matter if you have a large or small budget. Although I imagine you could buy Rental/Storage units with a large budget.
All the tips were good ones, and the "how to's" for various rooms were useful.
